The LeMax® grill cart “Professional”, Mod. CA 1000602-IN, is ideal for demanding cooks and professionals. Thanks to the two LeMax® built-in Teppanyaki grills, Mod. BGR 530425-E, food can be prepared quickly and healthy. Food is prepared directly on the glass-ceramic surface. Thanks to the special glass surface food does not stick to the cooking surface. Consequently, you can prepare your meals with significantly less fat. Both grill modules reach peak temperatures of over 450°C. In particular, the high temperatures and the smooth surface are ideal to fry steaks. In addition, you can choose on both LeMax® built-in grills, if you want to prepare your food directly on the surface, or whether you want to cook conventionally with pots and pans.
