Through its sophisticated double-stage electronic control, foods can be grilled and prepared directly on the glass-ceramic cooking surface, alternatively traditional cooking with pots and pans can also be done at the power levels 11 to 15. Due to this unique technology in the cooking appliance sector the LeMax® built-in model can be used universally. Even temperatures of over 450°C / 840°F will be achieved. An easy to read LED display and precise electronic touch-controls emphasize the excellent performance characteristics. The electrical power of this ELAG product is also sufficient for large volumes which must be roasted, grilled or griddled within a short time. A quick heat-up time, a reduced fat requirement with direct food preparation, a practical and detachable grease drip tray and easy maintenance due to the pore-free and robust ceramic-glass cooking surface are only a few of the outstanding features of this innovative cooking appliance.
