The handy glass scraper is made entirely of zinc coated metal. This scraper is ideally suited for removing firmly seated food residuals from the ceramic-glass surface. The two sided grip can be slid over the sharp blade edge to protect against injury when not in use. Perfect for cleaning the cooking surface during and after cooking process.
