These ceramic dishes are well suited for grating of a variety of spices. At the hard and rough surface spices will be grinded to a fine paste. It is the oldest method to mill spices. Excellent for garlic, but also for ginger, nutmeg, horseradish, parmesan a.o. Through the process of grating garlic can be digest much easier and unpleasant side actions will be avoided. The dishes are in diameter about 130-140 wide, dishwasher resistant and easy to clean. The dishes are hand-painted and are manufactured in various, colored motives.The dishes will be supplied complete in a set with a brush and a rubber garlic-peeler.
