ELAG has experience in manufacturing electric grills and electric griddles with ceramic glass surface for over 30 years. As a medium-sized enterprise conscious of its traditions, all of our products are developed and manufactured in Germany. Cooking directly on ceramic glass has been largely developed and perfected by ELAG. In the meantime, ELAG has specialised itself in the manufacturing of appliances for this inventive approach of healthy food preparation. Today, the range includes an extensive programme of high quality electric grills and electric griddles, portable and built-in cooking appliances, not only for professionals but also for use in discerning households.

Cooking without limits
Through use of the best raw materials and especially selected components, cooking appliances from ELAG are recognized as reliable with a long life for continuous utilisation. The concept of preparing food directly on the ceramic glass surface is healthy and economic. With little extra fat and unusually high temperatures, above 360°C / 650°F, a variety of dishes, low in calories and full in taste, can be cooked. The pores of the food are quickly sealed and the natural vitamins and minerals are retained. The cooking results are juicy and tender and keep their own natural flavour. Only a little salt is required for seasoning. Healthy cooking and low-calorie food preparation therefore are the main principles of our product range.
All ceramic glass appliances have a sealed surface and are used in a variety of areas, e.g. in snack bars, creperies, for general catering and front cooking, during leisure time while camping and for cooking on yachts. The new series of compact LeMax electric grills and electric griddles from ELAG are also ideal for use in modern and health conscious households.
