We indicate explicit that customers personal data will only be used within our organization and we those details will not pass to third parties.

Internet Sales
ELAG Products GmbH & ELAG, Inc. does not support sales of its products by Internet-dealers. If you’ll find ELAG or LeMax^® products for sales at the Internet consider that ELAG has decided not to accept claims or service problems as a result of an internet purchase. These claims can only be resolved directly with the Internet dealer where the product was purchased.

Export Restrictions
Appliances sold by ELAG Inc. to a distributor or dealer, who sold the products outside of the U.S.A. without our written permission are not covered by our warranty or service benefits. In case of claims the customer must directly contact the responsible distributor/dealer to resolve problems or defects.
