With regard to complaints about ELAG appliances
Should, contrary to expectations, a defect occur with your ELAG® or LeMax® appliance, please get in touch first with your dealer of purchase. If he cannot help you then contact us in writing at our address given below. You will receive a prompt message from us on how we will solve your service or spare part problem.
For processing your claim we need information about the date of purchase, name & address of the dealer, where the product was purchased, the model and serial number of the unit. These details you’ll find at the rating plate at the bottom of the appliance.
Please take note of the warranty conditions applicable for the appliance prior to contacting us. You should inform yourself about the warranty conditions here on our website under Service.
