ELAG® comprehends private data only for the reason to compile a specified offer, reply and process inquiries about products and services, completion of orders, dispatch of merchandise, accessories and service parts, as well as deliveries from literature and information. We indicate explicit that customers personal data will only be used within our organization and we those details will not pass to third parties.
Internet Sales
ELAG Products GmbH does not support sales of its products by Internet-dealers. If you’ll find ELAG® or LeMax® products for sales at the Internet consider that ELAG® has decided not to accept claims or service problems as a result of an internet purchase. These claims can only be resolved directly with the Internet dealer where the product was purchased.
Export Restrictions
Appliances sold by ELAG Products GmbH to a foreign dealer, who sold the products outside of his country without our written permission or re-imported products are not covered by our warranty or service benefits. In case of claims the customer must directly contact the responsible dealer to resolve problems or defects.
